Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase but we also know that life can just happen. So if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can ask for an exchange.
To request an exchanged or returned, the products must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and in the condition in which it was received, and in the original bag and/or packaging.
We will appreciate it if you fill this form (click here to download) within 25 days of your purchase and then mail it to email@example.com so we can give you further steps.
The return shipping must be paid by the customer and we recommend using a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost items, damaged in transit, or that never arrive.
Please take into consideration that any merchandise in poor condition will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.
International Returns and Exchanges
A flexible exchange policy is in place, but no refunds will be issued.
Exchange items will not be shipped until the returned item is received and approved for exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. If an item you requested for an exchange is not received, we will notify you of the possible delay via email.
Refunds can be only accepted if the product is received in acceptable conditions or a reason the company considers it has to be refunded.
Please send us an email in case of asking for a refund at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your reason. We will appreciate it if pictures and/or videos can be attached. We will answer you back in 24 hours with a response and how to proceed. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at the same email address.
SALE: Products purchased at a discount or monogram are not subject to exchange or return. They are considered final sales.
