Metropolitan Lima Shipping
Our orders are delivered by a reliable staff that has been working for years with our company. We are responsible for the safety and delivery times. We have been established between Thursday or Friday of the week as scheduled delivery of our products. It should be noted that delays may be caused by external factors.
National Shipping
Our orders are shipped by DHL (outsourced company), who are responsible for the security and time of shipments. We have a delivery time of up to 3 to 5 working days for Lima Province and 4 to 8 working days for other provinces (Saturdays and Sundays are not included). Which starts from the day after the order is placed. It should be noted that there may be delays caused by external factors.
International Shipping
Our orders are shipped by DHL (outsourced company), who are responsible for the security and delivery time. We have a delivery time of 4 to 8 working days, starting the day after the order is placed. These times may vary if the package is held by local authorities or customs. These times do not apply when purchasing during vacations or public holidays.
Recommendations To Keep In Mind
If you wish to make a product return, please note that products that do not have original tags, are damaged, washed in any way, dirty, worn, have stains of any kind, smell musty, will not be accepted. (No exceptions will be made).
